Orders placed on our website, will be associated in many of our products, a value expressed in points. So that you

You can redeem the accumulated points at any time by choosing the corresponding gift in the catalogue, depending on
the points you have earned. The activation of this programme is very simple. Even if the customer is a web customer,
he/she must sign up for the programme. To do so, access the customer panel at www.bresme.com and go to "My Points" section and register for the programme by filling in
the corresponding form. Only if you are registered, you will accumulate points to exchange for gifts.

How do I know how many points I have?
“My points” section has been activated in the customer panel. In this section you can
consult your accumulated points and their expiry date. It is important to bear in mind that the activation of the
points is not immediate and that they will be credited to the account 15 days after the purchase, this is the time
limit for the return of your purchase at Bresme Madrid S.L.
How to redeem the accumulated points?
At any time, the accumulated points can be exchanged for the gifts available in the gift catalogue. You
must have enough accumulated points to get the desired gift. Points will be redeemed according to their accumulation
dates. Always redeeming those closest to expiry.
When do accumulated points expire?
The points are valid for 12 months after they have been generated.
